The Plans: Yonder Lodge, Shalford Lane, Charlton Musgrove, Wincanton, BA9 8HE (GR: 371439/130631). Plans were submitted to South Somerset District Council, who have approved with consent granted. No: 17/03354/S73. Approval 16/03521/FUL

The Property: A 'T shape' 5 Bedroom contemporary designed property, constructed in natural stone.

Design: The 'T shape' design of the build, has been specifically designed to be in keeping with the official recommendations of the council regarding three established trees. Continue past the race course and take the first turning after Redland Farm onto Shalford Lane. The land is situated on the right hand side by a five-bar gate and indicated by a Lands board.
